Jhaalmuri Recipe

Puffed rice/Murmura/Muri-50 gm
Chanachur/namkeen/bhujiya-50 gm
Roasted red skin peanuts-25 gm
Soaked and boiled bengal gram-25 gm
Boiled potato-1
Chopped onion-1
Chopped tomato-1
Chopped green chilli-2
Finely chopped coconut-25 gm
Roasted masala powder-2 tsp
Tamarind juice-1 tbsp
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
Mustard oil-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
In a big bowl: add all ingredients together except puffed rice.
Add puffed rice and mixed properly in the mixture.
Decorative with bhujiya and sliced coconut and serve immediately.
