Mix veg koshimbir raita

Ingredients for mix veg raita:
- Curd/yogurt/dahi(unflavoured)-300 gm
- Onion(finely chopped)-1(small)
- Cucumber(finely chopped)-1/2
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped)-1/3 cup
- Carrot(grated)-1(small)
- Cooking oil-1 tbsp
- Curry leaves-10 to 12
- Green chilli(chopped)-1
- Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds-1/3 tsp
- Salt to taste or 1/2 tsp
- Sugar-1/4 tsp(optional)
- Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp
Method:
- Whisk the curd properly, add carrot, onion, cucumber and coriander leaves in it.
- Add salt, sugar and red chilli powder, mix it well.
Tempering:
- Turn on the flame and heat oil in a tadka pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilli.
- Fry it for few seconds and turn off the flame.
- Pour the tadka in the raita and mix it well.
- Mix veg raita is ready to serve, serve it with your favorite paratha.
